He has been practicing law for over 20 years, working for both small and medium size firms as well as serving as General Counsel for two construction corporations, giving him the background and experience to handle the complexities that construction related claims can bring. In addition, Ron has worked for over 9 years as an Insurance Company Claims Representative, giving him an edge in knowing how to get insurance companies to pay.

Because litigation can be an emotional and stressful event, and often times a very expensive process, Ron believes that trying to resolve the dispute without going to litigation should be the first step. His mission is to assist his clients and work with them in getting through this difficult and trying time in their life by using the alternative means of resolution and the legal system to provide them the best possible outcome.
Ron believes that client communication is essential to the success of every case and the legal experience. That is why Ron never charges for client communication. To charge for communication causes two problems. First, the client does not call the attorney with questions they may have for fear that it will just cost them more money. Second, the client’s expectations and the attorney’s actions are not in sync. as they have not been communicated. Although the litigation process is often a new experience for some clients, having good communication helps tremendously through this process.
