Depending on the case and situation, we offer an hourly rate or on a contingency. The Whitehead Law Office keeps detailed logs of the time spent on your case. The Firm counts in six minute increments and will provide a full description of the work performed for your review and approval before paying any invoice. The Firm only works for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Hourly rates are between $200 and $300 per hour. Retainers must be paid upfront either by cash, check, or credit card.
